This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics profiling. A single first-party preference (your language selection and cookie-notice acknowledgement) is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us.

Information you choose to send us

If you submit a request through the forms on this site (briefing subscription, intelligence brief, deal book or track-record request), we receive the information you provide — typically your name, professional email address and institution. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and forwarded to us.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to send you the materials you requested, and — where you have subscribed — to send the Quarterly Corridor Briefing. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention and your rights

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, or as required by applicable law. You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or unsubscribe from the briefing, by writing to contact@icpcadvisory.com. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

Third-party services

Scheduling links on this site are operated by Calendly; partner publications are hosted on Substack; this website is hosted on Netlify. Each operates under its own privacy policy when you interact with it directly.

Confidentiality

All initial discussions with I.C.P.C. Advisory are strictly confidential. Information shared in the course of an engagement is governed by the applicable non-disclosure agreement and engagement letter, which prevail over this policy.
